A heads-up before your balance dips, and a fresh start when you want one
KeaBudget now emails you a few days before your forecast goes below $0. And a new Settings page lets you start your budget again, or delete your account, without emailing anyone.
Two things you asked for, and one new page to find them on.
A warning before your balance dips below $0. Your dashboard's cashflow forecast already shows when money gets tight. Now, if it shows your balance going below $0 in the next week, KeaBudget sends one email saying when and by about how much, while there's still time to move money across from savings or hold off on something that can wait.
- It uses the same forecast as your dashboard: your balances, recurring bills and income, your usual everyday spending and your bill funds.
- At most one warning a week, and never twice about the same dip.
- It's on for everyone who has recurring bills or income set up. Turn it off any time in Settings.
Start fresh. Tried things out, imported the wrong file, or just want a clean slate? Settings → Start fresh clears your transactions, bills, accounts, categories, budgets and goals, keeps your login and email settings, and takes you through the quick setup again. KeaBooks invoices and the people you share with aren't touched. You no longer need a new account to start over.
Delete your account, from inside KeaBudget. Settings → Delete your account removes your login and everything in it straight away, cancels any bank connection first and stops any subscription. There's one optional question on the way out (why you're leaving). If you answer, it's saved with no name or email attached.
Settings is in the menu under Setup. It also has all your email and reminder switches in one place, and how to download your transactions.
