KeaBudget

Add spending in plain English, several at once

Type "50 new world groceries yesterday" and KeaBudget turns it into a transaction. One per line, as many as you like, with a preview to check before anything saves. No AI, and nothing leaves your device until you press Save.

Not everyone wants to connect a bank, and filling in a form for every coffee gets old. So Add transaction now has a second way in: Type it in.

Write one per line, the way you'd say it:

  • 50 new world groceries yesterday
  • $12.50 coffee
  • 1800 rent 1 Nov from ANZ
  • got paid 2238 salary friday

KeaBudget reads the amount, the date ("yesterday", "friday", "25 Oct", "25/10"), money in or out, the account and the category, and shows every row in a preview you can change before saving. Anything it can't place goes to "Sort out later", so there's no wrong way to type it.

It learns as you go. Pick a category for a shop once and tick "remember", and next time that shop sorts itself.

No AI, nothing sent

The reading happens in your browser with plain rules, not an AI model. Nothing you type is sent anywhere until you press Save, and then only the rows you saved. There's a short guide on the page with examples.
